AFSL, Credit and Tax Boundary Disclosure

Effective from: 24 May 2026

This disclosure explains the legal boundary around Monitrax.

Monitrax is a software service operated by ReNew Holding Company Pty Ltd ACN 675 267 311 in Australia.

In this disclosure:

  • Monitrax, we, us and our mean ReNew Holding Company Pty Ltd;
  • you and your mean a person who accesses or uses Monitrax;
  • Service means the Monitrax software platform, website, applications, dashboards, calculators, modelling tools, reports, AI-assisted features, data connections, and related services we provide.

This disclosure should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Purpose of this disclosure

Monitrax helps users organise, visualise, and model information about their personal financial position.

Because Monitrax may display information about money, property, loans, investments, superannuation, tax, entities, structures, and scenarios, it is important to be clear about what Monitrax does and does not do.

Monitrax is software. It is not a licensed financial adviser, credit provider, mortgage broker, tax agent, accountant, lawyer, property adviser, or superannuation adviser.

This disclosure is designed to make that boundary clear.


2. What Monitrax does

Monitrax may help you:

  • organise information about your properties, loans, accounts, assets, liabilities, income, spending, investments, superannuation, tax-related information, entities, and structures;
  • display dashboards, summaries, reports, calculations, and visualisations;
  • model user-directed scenarios based on assumptions selected or accepted by you;
  • compare mathematical outcomes of different assumptions;
  • track balances, transactions, repayment assumptions, cash flow, or estimated tax-related information;
  • understand general factual concepts about finance, tax, superannuation, property, loans, and legal structures;
  • use AI-assisted features to explain factual concepts, classify data, summarise information, or model user-directed scenarios.

Monitrax is intended to help you see information more clearly. It is not intended to tell you what you should do.


3. Licences and registrations Monitrax does not hold

ReNew Holding Company Pty Ltd does not currently hold:

  • an Australian Financial Services Licence;
  • an Australian Credit Licence;
  • registration as a tax agent or BAS agent with the Tax Practitioners Board;
  • registration as a legal practitioner, accounting practice, mortgage brokerage, or property advisory firm.

Unless we expressly tell you otherwise in writing, Monitrax does not provide services that require those licences or registrations.


4. No financial product advice

Monitrax does not provide financial product advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Monitrax does not provide personal financial product advice.

Monitrax does not provide general financial product advice.

Monitrax does not recommend, endorse, rank, rate, or suggest that you should acquire, dispose of, hold, switch, increase, reduce, or alter any financial product.

This includes financial products such as:

  • shares;
  • managed funds;
  • exchange traded funds;
  • superannuation products;
  • SMSF investments;
  • insurance products;
  • derivatives;
  • deposit products;
  • property funds;
  • managed investment schemes;
  • any other financial product regulated under Australian financial services law.

Any information, calculation, projection, benchmark, score, report, scenario, or AI output shown in Monitrax is provided as software-generated information only.

Monitrax does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs for the purpose of recommending what you should do.

A reasonable user should not treat Monitrax outputs as financial product advice.


5. No recommendation or suitability assessment

Monitrax does not assess whether any product, provider, strategy, structure, transaction, or course of action is suitable, appropriate, optimal, or best for you.

Monitrax does not recommend, endorse, rank, or suggest that you should:

  • buy, sell, hold, or switch any financial product;
  • acquire, dispose of, or change an investment;
  • make, change, stop, or increase superannuation contributions;
  • roll over superannuation;
  • establish, operate, restructure, or wind up an SMSF;
  • acquire or dispose of insurance;
  • apply for, refinance, increase, reduce, consolidate, or switch a loan;
  • choose a lender, broker, insurer, adviser, accountant, tax agent, lawyer, buyer's agent, or other professional;
  • buy, sell, renovate, develop, subdivide, finance, or lease a property;
  • create, restructure, or wind up a company, trust, SMSF, partnership, or other entity;
  • take a particular tax position;
  • use a particular investment, debt, property, superannuation, tax, or legal strategy.

Where Monitrax displays options, scenarios, scores, benchmarks, projections, or comparisons, those outputs are based on user inputs, user-selected assumptions, neutral software logic, or disclosed calculation criteria.

They are not recommendations.


6. Scenario modelling and calculators

Monitrax may include calculators, projections, forecasts, dashboards, and scenario modelling tools.

These tools show mathematical outcomes based on assumptions selected or accepted by you.

For example, a scenario may show what happens if an interest rate, repayment amount, property value, income amount, expense amount, tax assumption, contribution amount, investment return assumption, or time period changes.

Scenario outputs are not advice.

Scenario outputs do not mean that a scenario is suitable, appropriate, optimal, recommended, or likely to occur.

You are responsible for selecting assumptions and checking outputs.

You should obtain advice from an appropriately licensed or registered professional before acting on any scenario.


7. Scores, benchmarks, and comparisons

Monitrax may display scores, benchmarks, flags, categories, rankings, comparisons, or other indicators.

These indicators are software-generated outputs based on disclosed inputs, assumptions, rules, or calculation criteria.

They are not professional judgements.

They are not suitability assessments.

They are not recommendations.

A score, benchmark, flag, ranking, or comparison does not mean that you should take or avoid any action.


8. Superannuation boundary

Superannuation is a regulated financial product area.

Monitrax does not recommend superannuation funds, superannuation products, investment options, contribution strategies, rollovers, withdrawals, pension commencement, insurance inside superannuation, SMSF establishment, SMSF investments, or SMSF structures.

Superannuation-related outputs in Monitrax are limited to factual information, record organisation, user-directed calculations, and mathematical projections based on assumptions selected or accepted by you.

Before making any decision about superannuation, you should obtain advice from an appropriately licensed financial adviser, registered tax agent, accountant, lawyer, or other qualified professional as relevant.


9. Investment boundary

Monitrax does not recommend investments.

Monitrax does not tell you whether to buy, sell, hold, switch, increase, reduce, or avoid any investment.

Monitrax does not recommend a portfolio allocation, investment strategy, financial product, fund, share, ETF, managed fund, property fund, crypto asset, or other investment.

Any investment-related information shown in Monitrax is limited to factual information, user-entered records, neutral calculations, user-directed modelling, or general educational information.

Investment values, returns, and projections are uncertain and may be wrong.

You should obtain professional advice before making investment decisions.


10. Property boundary

Monitrax may display information about property values, loans, expenses, rent, cash flow, equity, yields, tax assumptions, and user-directed property scenarios.

Monitrax does not provide property investment advice.

Monitrax does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, renovate, develop, subdivide, lease, finance, refinance, or otherwise deal with property.

Property-related outputs are software-generated information only.

Where property-related information intersects with financial products, credit products, superannuation, tax, legal structures, or legal rights, you should obtain advice from an appropriately licensed or registered professional.


11. No credit assistance or mortgage broking

Monitrax does not hold an Australian Credit Licence.

Monitrax does not provide credit assistance within the meaning of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).

Monitrax does not suggest that you apply for, remain in, increase, reduce, refinance, consolidate, or switch any credit contract.

Monitrax does not:

  • assess whether a loan or credit product is suitable for you;
  • recommend a lender or credit product;
  • compare lenders for the purpose of recommending one;
  • negotiate credit on your behalf;
  • assist you to apply for credit;
  • arrange credit for you;
  • act as a mortgage broker;
  • provide responsible lending assessments.

If Monitrax includes loan, repayment, offset, debt, refinance, or borrowing scenarios, those tools are calculators only.

They show mathematical outcomes based on assumptions selected or accepted by you, such as interest rate, repayment amount, loan term, fees, offset balance, redraw balance, or payment frequency.

They do not recommend that you refinance, switch, increase, reduce, consolidate, or apply for credit.

You should speak to an appropriately licensed credit provider, mortgage broker, financial adviser, accountant, or lawyer before making credit decisions.


12. No tax agent services

Monitrax does not provide tax agent services within the meaning of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth).

Monitrax is not registered with the Tax Practitioners Board as a tax agent or BAS agent.

Monitrax does not:

  • prepare or lodge tax returns;
  • prepare or lodge BAS statements;
  • represent you before the Australian Taxation Office;
  • determine your tax liabilities, obligations, or entitlements;
  • advise you what tax position to take;
  • advise you whether a deduction, offset, exemption, concession, loss, structure, or tax treatment is available to you;
  • provide tax planning advice;
  • provide tax-effective structuring advice.

Tax-related features in Monitrax are limited to general information, software calculations, record organisation, and user-directed modelling.

Any tax-related output is based on information, assumptions, rules, or rates available to the software at the relevant time.

Tax law is complex and changes over time. Tax outcomes depend on your specific circumstances.

You should obtain advice from a registered tax agent before relying on tax-related outputs or making tax decisions.


13. Entity and structure boundary

Monitrax may allow you to record, visualise, or model information about companies, trusts, SMSFs, partnerships, individuals, ownership relationships, trustee relationships, beneficiary relationships, directorships, loans, distributions, income flows, or tax assumptions.

Monitrax does not provide legal, accounting, tax, asset protection, estate planning, succession planning, or structuring advice.

Monitrax does not recommend that you create, restructure, maintain, transfer, or wind up any entity or structure.

Entity and structure features are software tools only.

You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified lawyer, accountant, registered tax agent, financial adviser, or other professional before making decisions about entities or structures.


14. AI-assisted features

Monitrax may include AI-assisted features.

AI-assisted features may help explain factual concepts, summarise information, classify data, answer user-directed questions, or model scenarios.

AI-assisted features are structurally intended to provide factual information, software assistance, and user-directed modelling only.

AI-assisted features are not intended to provide professional advice.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You must not rely on AI outputs as financial, credit, tax, legal, accounting, investment, superannuation, property, or professional advice.

If an AI output appears to recommend a specific financial product, credit product, tax position, superannuation action, investment action, property transaction, professional provider, legal structure, or course of action, that output is unintended, unauthorised, outside Monitrax's intended function, and should not be relied on.

15. Professional marketplace boundary

Monitrax may in the future allow users to connect with third-party professionals, such as accountants, tax agents, financial advisers, mortgage brokers, lawyers, buyer's agents, or other service providers.

Unless we expressly state otherwise:

  • those professionals are independent third parties;
  • Monitrax does not employ, supervise, control, or guarantee them;
  • Monitrax does not endorse or recommend them;
  • Monitrax does not assess whether they are suitable for you;
  • your engagement with them is between you and the professional.

A listing, badge, search result, profile, rating, ranking, placement, or introduction in Monitrax must not be treated as a recommendation or endorsement.

If Monitrax receives referral fees, marketplace fees, commissions, sponsorship payments, or other benefits from third-party professionals, we will disclose this clearly before you use the relevant feature.


16. Product Disclosure Statements and professional advice

If information in Monitrax relates to a financial product, you should consider the relevant Product Disclosure Statement, Target Market Determination, terms, fees, risks, and other disclosure documents before making any decision.

You should obtain advice from an appropriately licensed or registered professional where relevant.

Depending on the decision, this may include:

  • an Australian financial services licensee or authorised representative;
  • a licensed mortgage broker or credit assistance provider;
  • a registered tax agent or BAS agent;
  • a lawyer;
  • an accountant;
  • a licensed conveyancer;
  • a qualified property, insurance, or superannuation professional.

17. Support boundary

Monitrax support can help explain how the software works.

Monitrax support cannot advise you what to do.

Monitrax support cannot provide financial product advice, credit assistance, tax agent services, legal advice, accounting advice, investment advice, property advice, or superannuation advice.

If you ask Monitrax support whether a decision is suitable for you, we may decline to answer and suggest that you speak with an appropriately licensed or registered professional.


18. Decisions are yours

Decisions you make after using Monitrax are your decisions.

This includes decisions about budgeting, spending, borrowing, refinancing, investing, selling, buying, holding, renovating, developing, superannuation, tax, entities, structures, professional advisers, or any other financial or personal matter.

Monitrax does not direct, recommend, control, or approve those decisions.

You are responsible for independently checking information and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
